Samples and automatic reorders are non-refundable.

In order to receive a full refund, simply fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your return package to mail the item(s) back to us. Kindly note that packages with an incomplete return form will be returned to sender. All refunds will be credited to the original form of tender, and refund processing time varies by financial institution. Please note, ouraroma.com orders cannot be exchanged, but you may return an order to receive a refund. Please email help@aouraroma.com for more information.

All orders are custom made and processed in an expediate manner. Shipping is always complimentary from Aroma, however if you wish to expedite any order, the expediting fee is $25 per order. In order to expedite, please contact Aroma by email help@ouraroma.com 

Our Aroma believes in naturally scenting our products and bodies. Some scents are only achieved by using fragrance oils. Fragrance oils give us a greater variety of scents with fewer allergies.

If the oil available is an Essential Oil, there will be an (EO) next to the listed oil, and a (FO) is placed next to the Fragrance Oil. Natural cold-pressed oils have a (NO) alongside the oil.
